Managing Director

Before becoming and Authorised Representative in May 1997, Michael worked in sales management for Colonial Mutual/Scottish Amicable, AC&L and Sun Alliance. One of the major projects undertaken during this time was helping grow a more professional industry by transitioning the agency force to qualified Financial Planners.  Michael would like to use his varied experiences to give input into Vivid Financial to enable it to become an even more successful and profitable Dealership.

Michael is married with 3 adult children. His wife Phyllis and youngest son Jes work for the practice out of their office in West Perth. Community involvement is very important to Michael with ties to Willetton Baseball, also the current President of Redbacks Softball Association, Team coach & player and a Life Member of the Canning Tee-Ball Club.

Danyse Bowen

Office Manager

Danyse has over 20 years experience of working in the Banking and Financial Services Industry. She is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF (Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance) a CIP (Certified Insurance Professional) and holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

Danyse’s primary role with Vivid Financial is Head Office Manager. Her main responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Managing Director, assisting with the preparation of Business plans, budgets, financial reporting, manage accounts receivable/payable and provide monthly financial reports.

In addition to this, she works closely with other members of the Vivid Financial team to ensure that the office runs smoothly.

Donna Toohey

Communication & Commissions Officer

Donna joined Vivid Financial in 2006 and with over 15 years experience in the corporate sector, she has previously undertaken a diverse range of senior administrative roles in large well known corporations.

In Donna’s current role with Vivid Financial she is responsible for the daily receipt and disbursement of adviser remuneration as well as working closely with the Managing Director in the preparation and publishing of the Vivid Financial adviser newsletter.

Relevant qualifications include a Cert 4 in Superannuation along with DFP modules 1 and 3.

As well as working part time in the financial services industry, Donna also teaches yoga and pilates.

Sheridan Conroy

Administration Manager

Sheridan joined the Financial Services Industry at the beginning of 2011 as an Insurance Clerk/Receptionist. She had an immediate impact on her work colleagues and clients with her strong work ethic and desire to learn.

She has already partially completed the Diploma of Financial Services attaining her ‘Certificate 3’. She intends to complete her Diploma as time allows.

At the beginning of 2012, Sheridan assumed the role of Administration Manager for Vivid Financial. She assists the Managing Director and Office Manager with daily administration tasks as well as attending to numerous requests from Vivid Financial Authorised Representatives and staff.

Sheridan is the youngest member of our team and brings with her a healthy dose of youthful enthusiasm.
